Technical specifications: it can produce a full range of corrosion-resistant coating, straight tank, high head cover, high-pressure resistant, ultra-high pressure and other products with a diameter of φ 45-65.
Manufacturing equipment: The welding machine of tank making equipment adopts Soundronic high frequency resistance welding technology imported from Switzerland. It is equipped with automatic numerical control liquid and powder spraying. The neck flanging and sealing machine adopts the fully automatic combination system of Lanico imported from Germany. Each production line is equipped with on-line automatic leak detection equipment for full inspection. All the stamping equipment for the top and bottom cover are imported punches, which have high precision technology of fully automatic numerical control system.
